Rewatching The Imitation Game made me cry

The Imitation Game is based on the life of Alan Turing, a genius mathematician and computer scientist, who decoded enemy messages to provide valuable intelligence that helped to shorten the WW2 by many years which resulted in over ten million lives saved.

He was a hard-working soul who battled all odds to achieve groundbreaking things and left behind a great legacy. The Imitation Game delivers his inspiring life in an amazing cinematic experience that will move you. He had undergone a traumatic experience in his childhood and later in his life a year-long painful punishment due to the nature of his sexual orientation.

I had watched it a couple of years back. Rewatching it as an older teenager allowed me to understand it more and think about it deeply. I could recognize the sheer greatness of the man and the movie. Every time I hear the sensational orchestra soundtracks of the movie, I am deeply moved and reminded of the whole story and experience a fleet of emotions in a flash.

Do watch the movie to know about the life of the father of computer science and artificial intelligence.
